I'm a new client!

Welcome, we are so excited you found our salon! We require a consultation form on file for all new clients, to assist with the booking process. Please fill out the Consultation Form provided, and one of our front desk assistants will reach out to you regarding your appointment.

All new clients are required to secure their appointment with a credit card. Your card will not be charged unless you no show or cancel within 24 hours. Your business is very important to us. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I get a service adjustment?

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask that you please contact the salon within 14 days of that service for a complementary adjustment with the original service provider, or one of our educators. We would like the opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations as we value you as a guest.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a strict 24-hour notice for haircut reschedules/cancellations and a 48-hour notice for all color reschedules/cancellations. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled without a 24-48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount, and any No call - No shows/ same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. We require a card on file to secure all of our appointments, you will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated.

Can I bring my child/an additional guest?

We have updated our salon policy and we will no longer allow additional guests or children in the salon unless they are receiving a service. We strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for our valued guests, and also care about the safety of all involved. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask! We will gladly waive cancellation fees in the event that childcare falls through, and will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

Do you have online booking?

Book your appointments online! This quick service allows you to schedule your appointments when it's most convenient for you. Our system will require a card to be held on file per our cancellation policy, it will not charge at the time of booking. If you are unsure about what services to book, please contact us so we can help arrange your appointment. What if I want multiple services?

All of our services are booked a la carte, meaning a blow out or haircut is not included in a color appointment. In most cases, you will want to book your hair color first then your haircut. This is the most time-effective way to book your appointment as you will have your hair styled once, and at the end of your services. If you are making a drastic change to your haircut, we prefer you to book your haircut first. You will have your hair styled at the end of your cut and at the end of your color to ensure that the look you want is achieved.

What is Revel's pricing?

Pricing will vary depending on mulitple factors. Check out our Artists page for each stylist's list of services and pricing. Please keep in mind that this is a base price and may change depending on the length and thickness of your hair. Feel free to request a quote or consultation through our color application form.
